Hazlewood Castle
"My family and I recently stayed at Hazelwood Caste Hotel to celebrate my sisters 60th birthday. We had never stayed before but we were all thoroughly delighted with our time there. I just wanted to let you know that we had a very special experience at your hotel, the rooms were stunning, all of the staff were wonderful and the food was exceptional. "We enjoyed our stay at the Angel and Royal very much. All the staff very helpful, in particular the reception but most of all in the restaurant where we were told we could have a £20 allowance towards food from the main Bistro menu which was much more interesting than the the regular evening meal menu. The food was lovely. The only downside was the fact that we were woken very early in the morning by the loud boiler firing up!! No need for an early call!! Thank you once again".- Pamela- March

Kings Head
I would like to pass on my thanks to your Assistant Manager who looked after us so well on our visit to Richmond yesterday.We were served excellent coffee and when we enquired about rooms we were given a tour of the hotel and shown some of the bedrooms. We were very impressed by her professionalism and enthusiasm and will certainly be coming to stay with you in the future.
As a History enthusiast, I was particularly impressed by her knowledge of the history of the hotel.- Mrs Lumb- July
Just stayed at the Kings Head Hotel in Richmond. What a lovely market town with the hotel in a prime position right on the beautiful cobbled market place. We were particularly impressed with the very trendy dining room and the equally lovely food served in it - excellent choice at dinner and freshly cooked cooked breakfast.We will certainly recommend it to friends.-P Mumby - May

"Although I will not be booking a room on this occasion I have to tell you just how impressed I am with the details of steps etc that you give on your website.
If only other places would do that!!.
I am disabled (ONLY SLIGHTLY) and cannot manage more than a couple of steps (stairs) and I would apprecialte advertisers giving this sort of information in detail.
I have stayed in places where I was told it was fine for disabled only to find out on arrival that there was no lift and many stairs.

"My parties visit to the Kings Head, Richmond has been hailed as the best trip we have had for many years and a lot of this is down to the quality of service we received at your hotel.
The staff were most welcoming and friendly and the food was excellent with the meals on the Friday and Sunday the highlight of the trip.

"I just wanted to once again say how enjoyable my stay was at the weekend - most people only write when they want to complain but I think it is important to compliment where it is due.
My Sunday night meal was beautifully cooked and served by two young ladies who were not only attentive but knew correct procedures (this makes a pleasant change in this day and age - I have recently been at a 5* hotel in Bournemouth served by a waiter who had no idea and his white tunic covered in stains Ugh)"- John K
