The second awards evening took place on Sunday 15th November 2009- visit our blog to see pictures of the night.

The purpose to again recognise outstanding members of staff and to celebrate their success.
Nominations and selections are based on:

* Performance in your work area
* Customer and staff feedback
* Sick record and time keeping
* Contributions to the hotels success/improvements/customer care

Each hotel GM will nominate four employees:

* You must have worked with us for a minimum of 6 months
* Your GM will write a 250 word summary for all nominees as to why you have been selected which will be submitted to me
* All nominees will attend the awards dinner
* From the four nominees from each hotel I will select one winner from each hotel, and one overall outstanding Ashdale employee.

Overall outstanding Ashdale employee- 2009 winner- Sylvia McCormack
