The Masterclass is perfect for those who are passionate about cooking and enjoy joining in with some culinary fun for an afternoon.
The class offers a 'hands on' cooking demonstration and an informative tutorial. Simply arrive at noon for coffee and home-made cakes before enjoying an historic tour. A 2 course lunch will be served in Restaurant Anise, with a glass of Champagne, before entering the kitchens of Hazlewood Castle donning your signature apron to begin the Masterclass, concluding at around 5.30pm with questions, answers and tasting.
For those staying, dinner will be served at your leisure in Restaurant Anise followed by overnight luxury accommodation and full Yorkshire breakfast.
